Tasks Performed

Throughout the internship period, multiple opportunities were identified to strengthen technical knowledge, workplace discipline, and analytical capabilities within a large-scale FMCG manufacturing environment. Exposure to production operations, quality systems, engineering practices, and project-based activities created opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in practical industrial settings.

Several workplace observations highlighted areas for operational improvement including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene compliance, workplace organization, process monitoring, and material management. These opportunities were addressed through structured observations, data collection activities, participation in audits, traceability exercises, KPI monitoring, and project-based analysis. Recommendations were developed through discussions with supervisors and supported by data-driven evaluation methods.

Continuous engagement with different departments contributed to improved problem-solving abilities, process awareness, and understanding of cross-functional collaboration required to maintain manufacturing excellence.
